RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
All purchases from Coilé Crown are final. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@coilecrown.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.
Opened or Used Products
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, Coilé Crown does not accept returns of opened or used hair-care products.
Please review the product description, ingredients, size, and other product information before placing your order.
Coaching Services
All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable.
Coaching services are provided through text messaging and email for the period specified in the applicable coaching package. Once a coaching package has been purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to Coilé Crown because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated after an order has been placed.
