By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or purchasing or participating in our coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

1. ABOUT COILÉ CROWN

Coilé Crown is a hair-care brand specializing in products and educational services designed for textured, coily, kinky, and Type 4 hair.

Our offerings may include hair serums, hair-care products, personalized hair-care coaching, educational materials, and related services.

Our products and coaching services are intended to support cosmetic hair care and education. They are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, scalp disorder, or other health condition.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Coilé Crown makes reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including ingredients, sizes, photographs, pricing, and product features.

Slight variations in product appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, manufacturing, packaging, or differences between electronic displays.

4. HAIR-CARE PRODUCTS AND PERSONAL USE

Coilé Crown products are intended for external cosmetic use only and should be used according to the applicable product instructions.

Customers should review the ingredient list before using a product and may wish to perform a patch test before full application, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of its ingredients.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional medical advice when necessary.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Individual results may vary. Coilé Crown does not guarantee a particular result related to hair growth, length retention, breakage, moisture retention, detangling, knot reduction, softness, shine, or any other hair-related outcome.

5. ORDERS AND PURCHASES

When you place an order with Coilé Crown, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, and payment information.

After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Coilé Crown has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders involving:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;
  • Product availability issues;
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
  • Unusual purchasing activity;
  • Incorrect customer or shipping information; or
  • Violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been processed, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

6. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Coilé Crown website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price displayed at checkout is the applicable purchase price for your order, excluding applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees that may be displayed separately.

Coilé Crown reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

Coilé Crown is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Customs or governmental restrictions;
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery dates or shipping timeframes provided by Coilé Crown are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. Coilé Crown does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchased products or services, except where required by applicable law.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@coilecrown.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Coilé Crown will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion. This does not constitute a general right to a refund or return.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, pricing, and other applicable information before completing a purchase.

All coaching purchases are also final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. COACHING SERVICES

Coilé Crown may offer personalized hair-care coaching services, including one-on-one consultations, personalized routines, educational guidance, product recommendations, and other hair-care-related support.

Coaching services are intended for educational and cosmetic purposes only.

Coaching does not constitute medical advice, dermatological care, trichological diagnosis, medical treatment, or healthcare services.

Coilé Crown does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, scalp diseases, hair-loss disorders, infections, or other health conditions.

If you believe you have a medical or scalp condition, significant hair loss, unexplained changes in your hair or scalp, or another health concern, you should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

10. COACHING RESULTS

Hair responds differently from person to person.

Coilé Crown does not guarantee that coaching will result in:

  • Hair growth;
  • Increased hair length;
  • Reduced breakage;
  • Reduced shedding;
  • Reduced tangling or knotting;
  • Improved moisture retention;
  • Improved scalp condition;
  • A particular hairstyle or appearance; or
  • Any other specific result.

Recommendations are based on information provided by the client and are intended as personalized educational guidance.

11. COACHING COMMUNICATION

Coilé Crown coaching services are provided through text messaging and email rather than scheduled appointments or live sessions.

After purchasing a coaching package, clients will receive instructions regarding how to begin their coaching experience and how to communicate with their coach.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to requests for information needed to provide personalized coaching.

Coilé Crown will make reasonable efforts to respond to coaching communications within the timeframe communicated to the client. Response times may vary depending on message volume, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.

Coaching is provided for the duration specified in the purchased coaching package.

12. COACHING PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE A PRODUCT

Certain Coilé Crown coaching packages may include a 4 oz Type IV Restorative Lipid Serum or another product specified in the applicable offer.

The included product is provided as part of the coaching package and is subject to product availability.

The product included with a coaching package does not constitute medical treatment or medical advice.

Because all coaching purchases are final, the included product does not create a separate right to cancel or receive a refund for the coaching package, except where required by applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Coilé Crown website and in our services is owned by or licensed to Coilé Crown unless otherwise indicated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Coilé Crown name and branding;
  • Logos;
  • Product names;
  • Product photographs;
  • Graphics;
  • Videos;
  • Written content;
  • Website designs;
  • Coaching materials;
  • Educational materials;
  • Guides;
  • Routines; and
  • Other proprietary materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission from Coilé Crown.

14. COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Coaching materials and personalized recommendations are provided solely for the individual client who purchased the applicable service.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, or commercially use Coilé Crown's proprietary coaching materials without written permission.

15. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other content to Coilé Crown, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

If you separately provide permission for Coilé Crown to use your submission for marketing purposes, you grant Coilé Crown permission to reproduce, display, publish, and use that content for those purposes.

Coilé Crown will not assume permission to use your content for advertising simply because you submitted it unless such permission is otherwise provided in accordance with applicable law.

16. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Coilé Crown website or services:

  • For unlawful purposes;
  • To commit fraud or abuse;
  • To impersonate another person;
  • To interfere with the website or its security;
  • To introduce malicious code or software;

  • Coaching services will produce a particular outcome.

Hair-care results vary based on numerous individual factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coilé Crown and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
